After importing the demo content you have to select the required pages for the donation system.
Go to > Charitable > Settings > In general tab below the page, you can see like the screenshot below. Set the pages in the dropdown as I set in the screenshot.
Login , Registration, Profile, Campaign submission pages are required.
Campaign submission is coming from the Charitable Ambassadors extension.
