On version: 1.0.8 we added a new contact form for this theme.
We set up this form for student/course author sing up request.
Use the code below and create a new form in Contact Form 7 forms.
We also added a new Visual Composer element on this update to add this sing up form on any page.
Use this new element and select your newly created contact form on Visual Composer.
