If you see this theme demo, you may be seen there is a section for property items.
You can add portfolio images form the admin area. Navigate to Portfolio > Add New Portfolio. Upload a featured image for portfolio image. You can add some categories if you want to show these pictures as category based.
The categories itself will look like bellow in the front end of your site.
Finally, the Portfolio itself will look like bellow in the front end of your site.
